Insignia Plasma TV power problem fix is shown here. The TV would not power up and just clicked a few times, and red led light on front bottom right would not turn from red to blue as usual...replacing the 2 capacitors at a cost of less than fixed the problem. This is just an information pass, there are many other causes of power issues...and you are at risk taking your TV apart like this so be careful and make sure it is unplugged (not just off) for a few hours or more before messing around in there.
