Ok so I'm one of the unlucky 1% of flat panel owners whose Dreamcast VGA box doesn't work. I have a 52" Samsung Plasma tv. So how do I get the best picture quality out of my Dreamcast? I can't use VGA so I bought yet another converter box, a VGA to HDMI (with audio) converter box. www.poopable.com
